By accessing or using Wauth.io’s website, widget, API, and related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

• Client: You or the entity you represent when using our Services.
• Documentation: Our publicly available technical and user guides.
• Subscription: Any paid plan or service package you select.

Wauth.io provides enterprise-grade WhatsApp and SMS authentication services via a widget and API. Details of features and limitations are set forth in our Documentation and your Subscription agreement.

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter these Terms.

4.2 Account Setup

You will create an account with valid email and password and provide accurate information.

4.3 Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.

5.1 Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance monthly or annually, per the plan you choose. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, EFT, or other methods specified on our site.

5.3 Late Payment

Overdue amounts may incur interest up to the maximum permitted by law and/or suspension of Services.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code.
• Use the Services for unlawful activities or to violate third-party rights.
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures.
• Transmit malicious code or engage in denial-of-service attacks.

7.1 Ownership

All rights, title and interest in the Services, Documentation, and all associated trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets belong to Wauth.io or its licensors.

7.2 License

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

Each party agrees to keep the other’s non-public information confidential and not to use it except as necessary to perform its obligations. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

9.1 Our Warranty

We warrant the Services will perform substantially in accordance with Documentation.

9.2 Disclaimers

Except as set forth above, the Services are provided “AS IS” and we disclaim all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory (including MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wauth.io’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wauth.io and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, negligence, or unlawful use.

12.1 By You

You may terminate at any time with written notice.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate for breach or non-payment.

12.3 Effect

Upon termination your access ends, and we may delete your data per our retention policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pretoria, South Africa.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Continued use indicates acceptance.
